Transactions showing up from Debit card but not Credit

Typically when you link an institution both your Credit & Debit cards should be linked at the same time, allowing you to track spending on both cards. You can choose to manually remove a spending account on Manage Accounts page in your settings tab.

Also, usually credit card transactions take a few extra days to show up in comparison to debit transactions. The reason for this is that credit card companies first 'post' a transaction when you make a purchase but it takes them 24-72 hours to authorize these transactions. Wellspent will only record spending that has been authorized, resulting occasionally in a delay in showing up in the app.

If this is not the case for you, please send us an email at with the email you've used to create your Wellspent account and include the following information:

1) Device being used
2) Banks/Financial Institutions linked to Wellspent
3) When you go to the Manage Accounts page in your settings tab, what do you see there? Which accounts are linked?
